The Springer Ferrule is designed to fit conventional 18mm or 19mm tubular walking sticks or crutches. This excellent mobility aid, is simply attached in place of the existing ferrule. The springer ferrules unique design has an internal cushion, which actually absorbs downward pressure at the same time allowing a 360 degree rotation of the handle, meaning that you do not have to lift your walking stick off the ground to turn, you just walk around it, allowing the stick to provide support at all times. As the internal dimensions of a tubular stick vary, 2 adaptors are included, one of which will fit your stick snugly; simply discard the other.
