This Oxford Stand Aid 140 and 135 have a revolutionary patented design that enables patients to be quickly and efficiently transferred. Unlike most conventional passive sling lifters, Stand Aids require the patient to participate with the lift/transfer. This encourages the patient/user to remain active for as long as possible. This Oxford Stand Aid, manufactured by one of the care sectors most respected names, easily transfers patients from bed to chair, chair to commode etc, in a fraction of the time required for a conventional sling lifter.
