Bathing babies and small children, especially those with a physical disability, in a standard bath can be difficult and uncomfortable for any carer or parent. As children get bigger and need lifting in and out, the twisting and bending involved can pose a serious risk of accidents or back injury to the carer. This totally Portable Surfer Bather powered bath lift is a lifting aid specifically designed to minimise moving and handling risks to therapists, parents and carers. The child can be safely placed on the bath lift which can then be raised and lowered into the bath by using the corded remote control, or by the controls on the Airflo battery compressor.
