The Reflex Small Knife has a 5" long blade made from high quality stainless steel and with a scalloped edge making it ideal for cutting and preparing food. The Small Knife is part of the Reflex range of kitchen utensils all of which have a contoured grip closed handle that is set at an angle to reduce the need for wrist movement and making the utensil easier to use and control for the user. The handle has also been designed to counter balance the weight of the utensil, a feature which makes the knife easier to use whilst also being aesthetically pleasing. All the utensils in the Reflex range are dishwasher safe.
