My husband has reached end of life care with advanced prostate cancer. He is incontinent and the pants that were supplied by his carers were much too tight and had to be cut to stop them hurting. he was crying at times with the discomfort. These are perfect, roomy and comfortable enough to keep him happier during these last days.
