Brevetti Stocking and Sock Aid.
The Brevetti Sock Aid is designed to help those with restricted or painful mobility, to successfully pull up socks or stockings and is an excellent aid to daily living for those with a disability or the elderly, thereby promoting independence. The Brevetti consists of a plastic collar or gutter for holding the garment at one end, making it easy to slip over the foot and pull up the leg, and a plastic shoehorn with a notch for easy sock removal at the other. A coated steel tube connects the two.

Great item by Gary
I tried to other products from other suppliers which were useless, this product on the other hand is excellent. It so easy to put socks on with this. You can also easily remove them too. I went three weeks without being able to get my socks on this a great product I highly recommend it. Buy it!
