I bought a cafetiere thermal mug to replace one of the same design that lasted more than 15 years (ageing rubber seal around plunger made it more difficult to push down, although definitely still usable). It was delivered promptly. I use it at home daily (decanting to ceramic mug) and it is easier to use and clean than a glass cafetiere.

The item that we ordered turned out not to be as suitable as we believed. The return, and the delivery of the exchange item we requested, was so very easy.
We have now received another item that we ordered afew days ago - itv was exactly as described and so we are now entirely happy.
I'm sure that we'll use Complete Care Shop again.
