The added adjustable space between the arm grips and the hand rest is invaluable. That can be adjusted along with the additional adjustments from the bottom.

It was hard to acknowledge that I probably needed more help. And not wanting to be seen as swinging the lead. When these came, I was amazed at how much easier it seemed to be, and I took a longer walk with the dog than of late.
These were fairly easy to adjust, and even easier when I read the instructions! Then I read that one should build up to longer walks. Duh!
