Service Plan - Monthly Direct Debit - Hoist.

This Care Service Plan covers a standard patient hoist, ceiling hoist or stand aid and is easily affordable with its low cost monthly payments. Please pay this first month through this shop and we will then send you Direct Debit instructions via email for future monthly payments of the same amount. You will be visited twice a year under this Care Service Plan. This will also ensure that Nursing Homes and other business users are following hoist regulations. For people being cared for in their own homes, your carers may require this type of plan but in general, hoists in private dwellings are not legally required to be tested. Saying that, this plan provides peace of mind and we believe that this service plan actually saves money in the long run as your hoist will be better maintained.

Following the Government Health and Safety Executive LOLER requirements, this Service Plan provides a 6 month inspection and an annual service. The annual service will include a load test and our engineer will provide full LOLER certification. These regular checks will make sure that your hoist is maintained in excellent condition. 

With many years experience in the healthcare industry, our service engineers are all CRB checked and receive on-going training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of patient hoists along with industry regulations. Service Specifications:

• One Service Plan for One Patient Hoist
• Adheres to LOLER regulations
• Standard Ceiling or Mobile Hoists of most major brands, e.g.:
  Oxford, Invacare, Chiltern Invadex, BHM, Freeway, Guldmann
• An Overhead hoist with a gate is extra £3 per month
• Cancellation of pre-booked appointments may be chargeable
• Service can be cancelled with 1 month notice
• Service subject to Direct Debit being maintained
• Available for mainland England, Wales and Scottish Borders
• Please call if you need this service beyond waters or mountains
• We will always arrange convenient date in advance
