This extra large Dual Support Lumbosacral Orthosis is the largest in a range of five similar models. Like the others, it is specially shaped to ensure a snug, comfortable and supportive fit, and it comes complete with an adjustable, elasticated strap. This adds compression and holds a plastic insert securely against the lumbar area, which it helps to protect and immobilise. The insert is thermoplastic and becomes easy to mould when run under warm water, so it can be shaped very easily to suit the user and his or her physique.
