Darco APB - Extra Small.

Designed to be worn on either foot over a cast or large dressing, this extra small Darco APB shoe is both affordable and versatile. It features a high ankle strap for stability, and a removable fore-foot strap that closes securely without the pressure or discomfort sometimes associated with buckles. The sole has a good grip for safety and a rocker-style shape that promotes an easy, low impact gait. This helps to reduce plantar stresses by more than 25 per cent, thereby ensuring comfort and faster recovery.

The APB is supplied with a comfortable insole that has double the amount of padding of most ordinary insoles and it can be adapted to suit the needs of the user. Alternatively, for maximum pressure alleviation, it can be removed completely and replaced with a DARCO Peg Assist Insole (sold separately).
