This Small sized Darco Peg Assist Insole will fit most Darco shoes and walkers with the exception of the MedSurg Shoe, which takes its own special insert.  A large part of this insole is composed of removable, hexagonal pegs , which can be removed as required to alleviate localised pressure by as much as 60%. This speeds healing and recovery whilst enabling the patient to remain mobile. The product is therefore ideal for use by people who are recovering from surgery, injury or ulceration.
