These Clear Plate Guards are discrete plate guards, made from sturdy plastic that snap easily onto the rims of plates. The discrete plate guards will fit plates with a diameter between 215mm - 250mm (8.5" - 10"),  helping the user to prevent accidental spills. The guards can also be used by the individual to assist in loading a fork or spoon by using them as a block to push the food against. Ideal for one handed users or those people that suffer from tremors or shakes, the guards help to increase independence and confidence and therefore help promote independent living. The clear plastic construction is easy to keep clean. Dishwasher safe up to 70 degrees.
