I first tried this in after a week in hospital and found it did a wonderful job of not only cleaning my hair but also freshening up my whole scalp. Since that introduction I have used these shampoo caps at home as at the moment I have to wear a full neck brace 24/7: a brace which must be kept dry. These shampoo caps do an excellent job.
