This 0.5kg Ankle Weight is one of a range of Ankle Weights that have been designed to naturally contour to the user's ankle for real comfort. The different weights are all colour coded for easy visual identification, with this 0.5 kg (1.1 lb) weight being Beige in colour. The Ankle Weight has a fastening system that includes a 36cm long hook and loop strap with a double safety closure that allows it to be easily adjusted for comfort and ensures a secure fit even during strenuous exercise programmes. Ankle weights are available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), all of which can be found in this area of our shop. Please note that Ankle Weights are sold individually.
