The Apollo 5 Premium Airflow Mattress is specially designed to offer exceptional comfort for clients who are at medium to high risk of developing pressure ulcers. It’s also ideal for those with existing tissue damage (pressure ulcer grade 1 to 4).

It manually adjusts to each person's body shape and position for the best pressure care, and its 18 individual cells provide dynamic alternating therapy action for lower interface pressures and gentle capillary stimulation. With humidity management, this unique airflow mattress helps to prevent tissue breakdown and skin maceration.

This mattress is supplied with a zipped PU cover as standard, which helps prevent fluid ingress and internal mattress contamination. The cover can be removed easily for cleaning. For optimum hygiene, it can be simply wiped clean or machine washed up to 95 degrees to help with decontamination.

In the case of an emergency, the Apollo 5 has a rapid deflation for quick access CPR.
