The Clearsound AmpliDECT295 COMBI combines the benefits of a photophone with the mobility of a DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) cordless handset. This set comprises the main unit, which incorporates an answering machine, plus a second, cordless handset that can be taken anywhere in the home.

The system boats a variety of features, including speakerphone, caller display and an inbuilt telephone book that will memorise up to 99 listings on the base unit, and 50 on the handset. For those with limited hearing, its receiver volume can be set as high as 30dB, and it is hearing aid compatible. Its large buttons and clear display screen make it easy to use for people with limited vision or dexterity, as does the talking caller ID function.
