A value for money solution. Item as described.

I ordered a self wipe toilet aid for my disabled wife to help with her ablushions.It arrived promply. but unfortunately the gripping mechanism to hold the wet wipes did not work. I called customer services to inform them.The lady I spoke to was very helpfull and told me they would send out a replacement and to dispose of the faulty item.The replacement arrived within the week so I cannot recommend them highly enough. Full marks for customer service.
