The walking stick itself is first class and very easy to adjust However, I cannot be as positive with your delivery service . First of all the driver hammered and banged on the glass forming part of my side door,with his mobile phone, made no attempt to use the doorbell and the packaging was appalling the walking stick had been packed into a massively oversized cardboard box thus creating unnecessary waste. The box itself had been specially made up with reams of cellatape
