Absorbent, disposable pads which insert into regular underwear or fixing pants to help protect against urine and or bowel leakage.
Incontinence pads come in a variety of absorbency levels so you can find the pad to meet your individual needs. Disposable pads can be carried around with you, enabling you to change them when needed. They can also be thrown away after use and are therefore extremely hygienic and convenient.
People who need support in managing incontinence may benefit from using incontinence pads.
You should consider the level of absorbency you need in an incontinence pad. The absorbency level needed would depend on the severity of the incontinence, with the lower number or teardrops displayed on a product, the lower the absorbency level. It's important not to use a pad or pant with too high of an absorbency as they are designed to wick away moisture. If the absorbency is too high, the pad or pant will wick away moisture from the skin, which can make the area sore.
