Delivery information

Looking for information on when your order is going to arrive? You can track your order using the link provided by the courier. Please wait until your delivery window has closed before contacting us about late or missing orders as we won’t be able to do anything until this time has passed. For example, if you have an order coming on standard delivery, you would need to wait for the full 5 days after dispatch before contacting us.

If your delivery window has closed and your order hasn't arrived, please call us on 03330 160 000 or speak to us through live chat on the homepage.

Standard delivery to mainland UK - order before midnight on 14^th December for pre-Christmas delivery (unless another expected delivery date is shown on the product page)

• Free for orders £70 and above (excluding VAT)
• £4.99 for orders below £70 (excluding VAT)

With standard delivery for in stock items, you will receive your order within 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Items on pre-order will show an expected date on the product page.

Please note, whilst our team will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, it may take up to 4 working days to be dispatched from our distribution centre. 

Please do not worry if you have not heard from us in the first few days after ordering as rest assured, a dispatch notification will be received as soon as your order is ready to leave our distribution centre.

Next day delivery to mainland UK - order by 3pm on 21^st  December for pre-Christmas delivery (unless another expected delivery date is shown on the product page

Next day delivery is available on orders made before 4pm from Monday to Thursday with qualifying products. If you order before 4pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses - order by 7^th December for pre-Christmas delivery 

If you need your order delivering to an address in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, the delivery charges will be as follows:

• £12.00 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost more than £70
• £15.95 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost less than £70
• For orders that weigh over 30kg, you will need to call us on 03330 160 000 to get a quote for the delivery cost before placing your order

For deliveries in Northern Ireland, if the delivery is to a business address, you will need to obtain an XI EORI number from the local tax authorities. If you're a residential customer, you won't need an EORI number.

We're currently unable to deliver orders to addresses outside the UK.

On certain products you can take advantage of our White Glove home assembly and delivery service. Our professional service will not only deliver your item to you, but also unpack it, assemble it in a room of your choice, and demonstrate it for you.

Need an item removing?

If you have an old item, we can also take this away for you and dispose of it accordingly. This additional service costs £70, please contact Customer Services on 03330 160 000 to arrange for an item removal.

The White Glove home assembly and delivery service is available for UK mainland addresses only.

When you order a made-to-order product you'll be given either an estimated delivery date or an idea of how long it may take to arrive. Any delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will update you as soon as we can if there's a delay.

Sometimes our larger products may need additional details from you before they can be dispatched, such as access to the property. We'll be in touch with you for these additional details, should you order one of these items.

When you place an order with us, we immediately start to get your item(s) ready for dispatch, so we can’t cancel or change your order once you’ve placed it. Once it's delivered, you'll need to return it to us to be processed for a refund. See our returns policy for more information and complete the appropriate form.

Occasionally we might be out of stock of a product. If your order contains a product that we're waiting for more stock on, we may dispatch the rest of your order first and then the missing item later, with no extra charge for postage. In the event of this happening, we'll be in touch with you to let you know.
