Processing and dispatch
Orders are sent using the most efficient and reliable service for the size of your order. These services vary from 1-5 business days delivery, though they can sometimes take longer. Some of our products (e.g. some chairs and power chairs) are made to order so will need more time. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we have 30 days to deliver to you, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
For made to order items, or items not currently in stock, an approximate delivery lead time or expected delivery date will be provided when ordering. This is displayed clearly underneath the ‘Add to basket’ or ‘Pre-order’ button on the product page and again in your basket. This is not a guaranteed delivery date as, on rare occasions, there may be delays to us receiving the stock. In the event of a delay, we will update you as soon as possible on the expected delivery date. Please bear in mind, if you order one of these items on our White Glove Delivery service you will receive the item 10-12 working days after the delivery date provided on your item. This is in order to allow our delivery partner to receive your item and then process the delivery of your item.
Please note: due to unavoidable global delivery issues, your order may unfortunately take longer than usual to reach you as our delivery partners and suppliers experience delays.
Please wait for your full delivery window to lapse before contacting Customer Service for help. For example, if your order was sent via standard delivery, you would need to wait for your 5 day delivery window to lapse first.
