The Coolmesh breathable, moisture transporting, elastic fabric of the Coolmesh Patella Control Sleeve has fully bound elasticated edges and soft popliteal elastic panels, maximising patient comfort. Fitted with an adjustable T strap allows for dynamic directional patella tracking control and the fully padded open buttress enables patella stabilisation. This is the extra large sized Coolmesh Patella Control Sleeve designed to fit a knee circumference of 42cms - 46cms (16.5" - 18"); three other sizes are also available in this section of the website.
