Nelson Knife.
The Nelson Knife has a similar design to a traditional cheese knife but its curved blade and pronged end are designed specifically as an aid to one handed dining. The stainless steel blade will cut easily with a simple rocking movement that requires little strength, and the four tines at the end will pick up most foods with ease.

At last a good Nelson Knife by mick b.
I first obtained a Nelson knife after my stroke in 1983. It was sturdy and strong. Since then I have purchased the dreadful weak interchangeable cutlery which bend when you exert any pressure. This knife, while not as sturdy as my original, is a great improvement. Thank you.
