Luna IPx4 Ceiling Hoist

The innovative Luna hoist gives you unmatched versatility as one unit gives you both a fixed and portable overhead lifter. It's a hoist that offers you multiple solutions in one, for easier, safer transfers. It's also suitable for wet and dry environments, so it won't fail if it's accidentally splashed with water in the bathroom.

To get a truly tailored system you can combine the Luna with an Ergolet track option. The Ergolet patented hooks on the spreader bar ensure a safe, simple sling attachment while the ergonomic hand control means you get a smooth and easy transfer.

A little about the Luna Ceiling Hoist

  • It carries a standard 5 year warranty on the motor and PCB, and 2 years warranty on all other parts (excl. batteries – 1 year)
  • It has a unique, patented locking system on the spreader bar, that activates once weight is applied
  • The unique bayonet fixing makes it easier to maintain - it cuts downtime to literally seconds, and most people will be able to put in a replacement themselves without the need for an additional ‘Reacher bar’
  • For a temporary solution, Luna has a wheeled-gantry system (that can extend to either 3 or 4 metres), and is also height-adjustable. The wheels make it easier to transport/set-up and position where it's needed
  • Its standard handset is IPx4-rated, which means it's protect against being splashed with water. An optional IPx7-rated handset is available (for use in dedicated wet areas i.e. bathrooms/wet rooms/changing places etc.) which means the handset would be protected against water-immersion
  • A paediatric pod design is available at no extra cost, please request it when ordering
