Gordon One Handed Peeler and Clamp
The Gordon One Handed Peeler and Clamp is a useful kitchen aid that simply clamps to a table or worktop and enables fruit and vegetables to be peeled using only one hand.
Easily clamped to the work surface by a sliding mechanism, the peeler is then very secure and stable, allowing fruit and vegetables to be peeled quickly and safely. The hardened, swivelling blade simply slots into the top of the peeler which is easily operated by simply holding the vegetable and pushing it over the blade, away from the user. The peelings then drop onto a plate placed behind the peeler. Suitable for use on work surfaces from 12mm to 55mm (0.5" to 2.25") thick.
