Freewheel All Terrain Add-On
This Freewheel All Terrain Add-On will lift the front castors of your wheelchair off the ground to turn your wheelchair into s sturdy three-wheeler; which can take you much further.
This add-on allows for harder terrain such as kerbs, grass and rough roads to be navigated more easily; increasing user independence and mobility. It has been manufactured from strong, aircraft quality aluminium and will fit securely onto almost all fixed wheelchair footrests, if they are no higher than 4.5" from the floor. It will securely fit the chair and give the user greater handling, due to the larger front wheel having less resistance than the two small castors, so it is easier to manoeuvre over any surface. A mechanism keeps the Freewheel All Terrain Add-On straight, boosting stability but when needing to turn, simply apply light pressure and it will release so turning can be done quickly and easily.
