Perfect positioning
With the Zippie Iris, your child can have their positioning needs met not just now, but as they grow as well. It has up to 4" of depth adjustment and adjustable seating components that mean you can keep the correct positioning during development, and you can replace parts to achieve additional width and depth growth. The patented rotation-in-space technology rotates the seat frame around your child's centre of gravity. This makes the shortest possible wheelbase whilst keeping it stable, and ensures a smooth and controlled rotation.
Carer and child friendly
Whilst it's of utmost importance that your child has their seating needs met, it's also important that the carer is able to effectively and confidently use the wheelchair as well. With an incredibly lightweight design and a shortened wheel base, the Iris is easier to manoeuvre or transport. There's a variety of accessories available to create the perfect wheelchair for you and your child. You can select the foot release tilt actuator to tilt the chair without any exposed cables, for example.
Easy-to-use push-button hub locks on the back canes are compact, and the angle adjustable stroller handle has 260° of adjustability to make sure you can find a comfortable position to control the Iris. It also has attendant hub brakes as standard, for extra peace of mind.
You and your child can choose from a wide range of colours and patterns, making the Zippie Iris truly their own.
