Manufactured from exceptionally robust white plastic, the raised toilet seat is lightweight and strong and has a gentle sloping gradient from front to back making transfers that much easier. The durable design of the Savanah Raised Toilet Seat allows it to accommodate larger or bariatric users as it boasts an impressive maximum user weight of 190 kgs (30 st). Cut-outs at both the front and the rear provide greater access for improved personal cleansing making it easier for those with a limited ability to twist or bend. The Savanah Raised Toilet Seat with Lid is also cleverly designed to not snag on the user's clothes when in use, substituting a traditional front bracket for a lip that grips to the edge of the toilet rim. This Savanah raised toilet seat is resistant to odours and staining and is also very easy to keep clean. When the toilet seat needs to be cleaned, it may be easily removed to allow easy access. However, when in place two L-shaped moulded plastic brackets hold it in place with rubber, non-slip buffers. This increases safety and stability, further reducing the risk of a slip or a fall.
