Oval 8 Finger Splint
Very strong and virtually invisible the Oval 8 Finger Splint's aim is to stabilise and align the DIP or PIP joint with the result of improving user hand function.
You can use two for the purpose of full immobilisation at the DIP or PIP joint for rest and control. The splint features no seams after being moulded from 1.6mm translucent plastic and is able to be modified using spot heating via a heat gun. It can be used for many things, including correcting lateral deviation, swan-neck deformity and flexible boutonniere deformity, supporting mallet finger injury and helping to prevent trigger finger. Each splint will fit a full size and when it has been rotated 180 degrees, an extra half size; allowing for fluctuations in finger sizes could be caused by changes in oedema and temperature.
