Oval 8 Finger Splint
Designed to support and stabilise the PIP or DIP joint to improve user hand function, the Oval 8 Finger Splint is an excellent choice with its exceptional strength and is virtually invisible.
It can be used for helping to prevent trigger finger, supporting mallet finger injury, correcting lateral deviation, swan-neck deformity and flexible boutonniere deformity. Plus the splint offers full immobilisation when the user uses two splints at the DIP or PIP joint for rest and control. Each splint has been moulded from 1.6mm translucent plastic that will fit a full size and rotated at 180 degrees, an extra half size, so it can adapt and accommodate to and changes in finger size caused by fluctuations in oedema and temperature. It can be modified by spot heating using a heat gun for optimum support and the best possible fit. The Oval 8 Finger Splint is available from a size 2 to size 15 from this area of the website.
